Returns

As each shirt is printed to order, we cannot accept returns. If you have an issue with a product you've ordered, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

Cancellations

If a cancellation or change to an order is requested, we will do our best to process the request before the order is sent to printing. Once the order has been printed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the order. 

 

Refunds

If your item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us and we will either have your order replaced or refunded.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

If we do approve a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

COVID-19 Upate

Due to COVID 19, we are seeing 2-5 business day delays in production and shipping within the United States and sometimes longer internationally. Please email us if you have any shipping or timing concerns.
