Everything ships made-to-order because we don't believe in warehouses full of stuff nobody asked for.
Processing time.
Every item is made to order — just for you. That means production takes 3–7 business days before your order ships. We know that's not Amazon speed, but we promise it's worth the wait.
Shipping rates.
Orders over $100: Free shipping. No code needed, no tricks.
Orders under $100: $5.99 flat rate. Simple.
International: Available at checkout. Rates calculated based on destination. Duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery times.
After production, domestic orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days. International orders vary by destination — usually 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges.
Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. We get it — that sounds harsh. But we're making each item specifically for you, and we can't restock a one-off.
That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — we've got you. Email us at thursday.lines@gmail.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
